The Franklin Street Cottage is the perfect answer to your family Summer vacation. A cottage for privacy, and the benefit of the Hotel's amenities and grounds, including the yards, the children's playground, and the men's and women's bathhouse for beach rinsing! The single standing cottage sleeps a maximum of 8 people, features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a nice sized family room and a wrap-around porch. The cottage is a simple beach house with simply appointed rooms cooled by ceiling fans and open windows.

Other features include: TV/VCR, refrigerator and stove, and microwave oven. With your rental, you receive a special discount on dinner in our famed Magnolia Room Restaurant. You can choose to dine with us every night, or pick a date and we'll make it a special occasion. Breakfast is not included, but feel free to make a reservation at the Front Desk in the Hotel's lobby, and join us any morning.
