The Southern Quarters provides 8 individual rooms with different bed types to suite your needs. You will really be getting away from it all with no telephones or televisions. Choose from:
Room #1—Ground Floor, Queen Size bed, private and cozy furnished porch, European Bathroom
Room #2—Ground Floor, Queen Size Bed and Twin Bed-spacious, European Bathroom
Room #3—Ground Floor, Queen Size Bed—separate, outside entrance, European Bathroom
Room #4—2nd Floor, Queen Size Bed and Twin Bed, sunny, furnished porch, European Bathroom
Room #5—2nd Floor, Queen Size Bed, small and cozy, European Bathroom
Room #6—2nd Floor, King Size Bed, spacious, Premium Bathroom
Rooms #7 & 8—3rd Floor with Queen Beds, small and cozy
Room Rates are $99 plus tax, with no minimum room night requirement.
All payments made in advance. If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you provide 24 hour notice to ensure your deposit refund minus a $25 accounting fee. We ask that you plan ahead with our staff for your arrival and key exchange.
Full House Rental
The Southern Quarters can be rented as weekend getaway for Girls Weekend, Fishing Trips, Birding Excursions or Family Reunions. The Southern Quarters can sleep from 10 to 16 people (or more!). 2 night minimum required. $1,400 plus tax.
